21-year-olds who have a valid driver's license for at least 1 year can rent A, B, C, D, E group vehicles. For groups F, G, H, I, K, L, M, N, O, 3-year-old driver's license holder and being 24 years old; for group P, R, S, X vehicles, 5-year-old driver's license holder and being 28 years old conditions are sought.
RENTAL PERIOD
The minimum rental period is 24 hours. For the delivery time of the vehicle, the time at which the vehicle is rented is taken as a basis. CONSIDERATIONS INCLUDED AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
All our vehicles are insured for Rent a Car, but the contract with the user is a contractual nature, since the exemption and loss of work are not paid, which is not foreseen by kaskon. In vehicles returned with missing tank gasoline, the fuel difference is taken together with the service fee.
PAYING METHODS
Payments can be made in advance or with credit cards accepted by SOFIA CAR RENTAL UGUR. 18% VAT is added to the payments made by credit card. The rental fee will be charged during the delivery of the vehicle. EXTRA INSURANCES
1. ONE-WAY RENTALS

CANCELLATION AND PAYBACK POLICY

For reservations where a deposit has been paid: In case of cancellation up to 48 hours before the start of the rental period, a deposit fee will be charged. For cancellation transactions that are less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, the three-day car rental fee or the higher one of the paid deposit will be charged. there is no refund of the fee for bookings of less than 3 days. In cases where the delivery cannot be received due to missing documents or the credit card is not presented at the time of vehicle delivery, the cancellation procedure with less than 48 hours remaining will be applied.
